My stay at HM La Playa was truly good. The hotel is a beautiful hidden gem, surrounded by lush greenery and an enchanting pool area. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday celebration special. However, I did notice some cleanliness issues in the room, which detracted slightly from the experience.

I had a great week at Hm Playa Del Carmen, mainly due to its fantastic location and amazing staff. The beach was just a short walk away, and the pool was amazing. I did face a few hiccups with service, particularly during breakfast; there were times when items ran out and weren't promptly restocked, which was frustrating. Overall, I loved the vibe and the friendly atmosphere, but there were moments where I felt the service could improve.
